Ingredients of RICE PAPAD

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • ½ tsp cumin 
  • ½ tsp sesame
  • pinch hing 
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cup water

How to make RICE PAPAD

  1. Take rice flour, add cumin, sesame, pinch hing and salt.
  2. Add 2 cup water and mix well.
  3. Mix lump-free batter.
  4. Rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Oiling the plate, put 3 papad batter onto a plate and spread uniformly.
  6. Put the plate into steamer and steam for 2 minutes.
  7. When papad dough cooks completely.
  8. Peel the papad gently and place over butter paper.
  9. Put papad under hot sunlight for 3 days.
  10. Rice papad is ready to store for at least 6 months in airtight container.
  11. When wanted to eat then deep fry in hot oil.
  12. Serve rice papad sprinkled with chaat masala.
