This simple, grain-free, dairy-free, gluten-free almond flour bread is super easy to prepare and tastes absolutely incredible. This simple bread is keto and paleo and works great with savory or sweet toppings.

- 5 large eggs
- 5 tablespoons refined coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 ¾ cup almond flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs. Whisk in the coconut oil, vinegar, salt, almond flour and finally the baking soda.
Put the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake until bread is golden brown for 40 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
Cool for about 20 minutes.
Slice and Serve.
