This simple, grain-free, dairy-free, gluten-free almond flour bread is super easy to prepare and tastes absolutely incredible. This simple bread is keto and paleo and works great with savory or sweet toppings.

  • 5 large eggs
  • 5 tablespoons refined coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 ¾ cup almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda


  • In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs. Whisk in the coconut oil, vinegar, salt, almond flour and finally the baking soda.
  • Put the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake until bread is golden brown for 40 minutes.
  • Cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
  • Cool for about 20 minutes.
  • Slice and Serve.
