Kheer is a first praffrable Desert in every Indian family. Its demand reaches on the sky special during in the festival season. This Diwali we have a recipe of pressed rice coconut kheer that put a little extra magic to the Classic Indian desert.

Ingredience for pressed rice coconut Kheer

  • 50 gram pressed rice (Poha)

  • 30 gram dry coconut

  • 5 to 6 cashew nuts (chrushed)

  • 5 to 6 almond(chrushed)

  • 5 to 6 pistachio(chrushed)

  • 10 gram raisins

  • 50 gram jaggery

Let’s cook pressed rice coconut Kheer

  • Wash chivra in a strainer over running water and let water strain. boil milk till it thickens and becomes little.

  • Now add pressed rice and dry coconut and nuts and boil again till they become soft.In the last add juggery and Serve hot. we can sprincle some saffron for garnashing.
