A good plate of liver delight has always been one of our favourite meals. Serve with lots of greens, onions and a smidgen of mash.

Ingredients For liver delight

  • 250 grm liver

  • salt to taste

  • red chilli powder to taste

  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • lemon 1 1/2 tsp

  • 1/4 black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

  • oil for frying

  • 100 gm onion

  • 100 gm tomato

  • 2 tsp curd

Method how to make liver Delight

  1. Prepare a marination by mixing ingredients from salt to back paper marinate the Lever pieces in the mixture for atleast 1/2 to 1 haur. heat oil and then saute the liver in very little oil sautr it till  the colour will change. Mean while take 2 spoon of oil in a skillet add jeera then add chopped onion till golden brown add mashed tomatoes.

  2. Mix it thoroughly and stick it all cook it till it leaves sides.Then add salt and all ingredients then add liver and cook for 15 minutes. serve hot with ketchup.
