Muglai potalies are bite-sized appetizer and perfect for the holidays. It has a healthy filling and the dough is shaped like a potalie. At the end, I have fried potalies to keep them crispy longer. You can try it as a vegetarian or non-vegetarian filling. I have make it as vegetarian filling.

Ingredients for Muglai potalies

  • 50gm Rajma

  • 50gm black Chana

  • Almonds as required

  • cashewnuts as required

  • 1 onion

  • 1 green chilli

  • salt as required

  • red chilli powder as required

  • 1/2 tsp mango powder

  • 1 tsp grind dry coriander

  • 1 tsp grind cumin seeds

  • oil for frying

  • 100gm Maida

  • water as required

method how to make Mughlai potalies

  1. Boil Rajma and Chana and roast Almonds and cashew nuts. Now heat a new stick Pan and heat oil in it put onions and fry till golden brown.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. now knead the maida with water form into small balls.Fill the mixture in the balls and make potalies and Fry them, serve them hot with chutney and sauce.You can use airfryer also to make it oil free.
