MARINADE

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 garlic clovesminced

  • 3 large chicken breasts, cut into pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into pieces
  • 1 red onioncut into pieces

How to make GREEK CHICKEN KABOBS

  • Whisk olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
