Ingredients for rajma and Chiwra Tikki

  • 1/2 cup Rajmah
  • 50 gm roasted peanuts
  • 50 gm chiwra
  • 2 chopped onion
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

 Method how to make Rajmah and Chiwra Tikki

  1. Soak the Rajmah in water from 6 haurs and boil them then grind the peanut and mix Rajma.Wash the chiwra dry it and mix in rajmah and peanut. Except bread crumbs mix all the ingredients.
  2. Make the balls of this mixture and coat it with bread crumbs and press it in shape of tikki. Heat the oil in a pan and fry it. Serve tikki with tomato sauce and green chutney.
