Sweet cheese sandwiches can be served as breakfast pastries or savory desserts and the best part is that you can eat them together in less than 35 minutes.

 Ingredients of sweet cheese rolls

  • 4 Bread slice
  • 50 gm cottage cheese
  • 75ml milk
  • 150gm sugar / jaggery
  • 25 gm desiccated coconut
  • 2 cardamom
  • 250ml water
  • oil for frying
  • mix nuts

Method how to make sweet cheese rolls

Remove the sides of bread and dip into milk and press, fill the grated cheese into bread slice and make oval shaped balls. Prepare sugar syrup and add cardamom in to it. Deep fry the balls till golden brown and dip into sugar syrup take out the sweet cheese rolls. Decorate with dry nuts.
