4 servings

  • 1 cup of maida
  • 6 teaspoons of oil
  • lukewarm water as needed
  • taste the salt
  • 4 soy chaap
  • 1/2 cup hanging curd
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Take a bowl put the maida, oil, salt and knead with water to obtain a smooth dough and refrigerate it for 20 min
  2. Slightly cut the middle chaap and marinate it with all the ingredients
  3. Keep it aside for 20 min
  4. Make chapatis from the dough and place the morning chaap on it and make a roll
  5. Fry in oil
  6. Do like this with other chapatis
  7. Take them out on tissue paper and cut them into pieces
  8. Serve hot with green chutney and onions
