  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 medium eggplant, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • marinara sauce according to taste (optional)
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese, or as needed (optional)

Steps To Make Air Fryer Eggplant Parmesan
