  • 3/4 cup peeled and roughly chopped apples

Method of Apple Stew

      1. Combine the apples and ½ cup of water in a deep non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 8 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
      2. Cool slightly and blend in a mixer along with 2 tbsp of warm water till smooth.
      3. Apple Stew is ready. Serve immediately.
