  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

How to Make Sweet Potato Fries

  • Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Place baking sheets into the oven so that they preheat.
  • Scrub, then slice the sweet potatoes into long sticks.
