Bread malai roll is a delicious Indian sweet. This desert is the easiest and the quickest way to impress your guests with minimum effort. This is basically a quick version of rasmalai with bread. Just try it once and everyone at your home will absolutely love this rich and creamy dessert.

INGREDIENTS of Bread Malai Roll

for mawa paste:

  • 1 tsp butter
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • ½ cup milk powder

for rabdi:

  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup cream 
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder

other ingredients:

  • 4 slice bread
  • 5 cashew
  • 5 almonds
  • 2 tbsp saffron milk
  • 4 cherry

How To Make Bread Malai Roll

  • Heat 1 tsp butter with ¼ cup milk and 2 tbsp cream in a pan.
  • Add ½ cup milk powder and stir well.
  • Mawa paste thickens and turns creamy. keep aside.
  • Heat 1 cup milk and ½ cup cream in a kadhai.
  • stir well and boil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add ¼ cup sugar and stir well.
  • Add ¼ tsp cardamom powder and mix well. malai milk is ready.
  • Take a bread slice and roll thin trimming off the edges.
  • spread a tbsp of mawa paste uniformly.
  • Top with 1 tbsp of nuts.
  • cut into half and roll tight.
  • Put the rolled malai bread in a deep serving plate.
  • Put in prepared malai milk slowly.
  • Decorate with saffron milk and top with a cherry.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes and Serve.
