INGREDIENTS of Bread Malai Roll

FOR MAWA PASTE:

  • 1 tsp butter
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp cream 
  • ½ cup milk powder

FOR RABDI:

  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup cream 
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder

OTHER

  • 4 slice bread
  • 5 cashew, almonds, cherry chopped
  • 2 tbsp saffron milk

How to make Bread Malai Roll

  1. Firstly heat 1 tsp butter with milk and 2 tbsp cream, add ½ cup milk powder. When it thickens and turns creamy, keep aside.
  2. Now in a large kadai heat 1 cup milk and ½ cup cream, boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Add ¼ cup sugar, add ¼ tsp cardamom powder and mix well. malai milk is ready.
  4. Now take a bread slice and roll thin trimming off the edges, Spread a tbsp of mawa paste.
  5. Top with 1 tbsp of nuts. cut into half and roll tight.
  6. Put the rolled malai bread in a deep serving plate.
  7. Pour in prepared malai milk slowly, decorate with saffron milk and top with a cherry.
  8. Bread Malai Roll is ready.
