INGREDIENTS of Carnation Famous Fudge

12  – cups sugar

  1. 23  –cup milk
  2. 2 – tablespoons butter
    14  – teaspoon salt
  3. 2- cups miniature marshmallow
  4. 12  – cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  5. 12  –cup chopped pecans
1- teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS of Carnation Famous Fudge

  1. Line an 8-inch pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Combine sugar, milk, butter and salt in a medium saucepan.
  3. Boil over medium heat.
  4. Boil, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from fire.
  5. Stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips, walnuts and vanilla extract.
  6. Stir for 1 minute or until the marshmallows are melted. Pour into the prepared pan.
  7. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Lift from the mold and remove the aluminum foil.
  9. Cut in pieces.
