INGREDIENTS of Chestnut Chocolate Spread
- ¾ cup chestnut puree
- ½ cup double cream
- 3 ½ ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
How to Cook Chestnut Chocolate Spread
Add the chopped chocolate into a bowl.
Heat the double cream and chestnut puree on a medium heat.
Put the hot cream mix over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
Add in the sugar.
Serve the Chestnut Chocolate Spread warm, or store in the refrigerator to serve chilled.
