Chicken Parmesan is a popular Italian-American dish made of breaded chicken cutlets topped with tomato sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. Here’s a recipe to make it.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 8 mozzarella cheese slice
  • Fresh basil leaves chopped

  1. Firstly Season the boneless, skinless chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Then dip chicken in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, and pour the marinara sauce over the top. Add the mozzarella cheese slices on top of the sauce.
  5. Bake about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh basil before serving. We can use air fryer also.
  7. Enjoy your delicious Chicken Parmigiana!
