Ingredients for Chocolate Golgappa Shots-SK Khazana Recipe

  • Melted chocolate 1 cup
  • Crisp puris 12-16
  • Colourful vermicelli to sprinkle
  • Vanilla ice cream 3 scoop
  • Coffee decoction 2 tablespoons
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Motichoor laddoos 5-6
  • Pistachio slices to garnish

Step 1

Poke puris from top to make a hole and dip the bottom in the melted chocolate. Place it upside down on a plate and sprinkle some colourful vermicelli on them. Keep the plate in the refrigerator till the chocolate sets.

Step 2

Blend together ice cream, coffee decoction and milk till smooth.

Step 3

Pour the prepared mixture into individual shot glasses till they are ¾ full. Place the chocolate crusted puris on top. Stuff each with some crushed motichoor laddoo.

Step 4

Garnish with pistachio slices and serve.
