1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1/4 tsp chilli powder , optional
1/2 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
salt to taste
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Method To Make Cream Style Sweet Corn Soup
- Boil 3½ cups of water in a deep non-stick pan, add the cornflour, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes ,while stirring continuously using a whisk.
- Add the cream style corn, red chilli sauce, garlic paste, chilli powder and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame 3 minutes ,while stirring occasionally, using a whisk.
- Add the lemon juice and mix well.
- Cream Style Sweet Corn Soup is ready. Serve hot.
