2 toasted whole wheat bread slices

To Be Mixed Together For The Topping

1/4 cup low fat curds (dahi)
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
1/4 cup grated apples
1 tbsp finely chopped celery (ajmoda)
2 tbsp chopped spring onions whites and greens
1/2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
salt and to taste


  1. Divide the topping into 2 equal portions.
  2. Spread a portion of the topping on each toast.
