1/4 cup low fat curds (dahi)
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
1/4 cup grated apples
1 tbsp finely chopped celery (ajmoda)
2 tbsp chopped spring onions whites and greens
1/2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
