Ingredients of Dry Fruit Barfi

  • 1 cup dates 
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds 
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds 
  • ¼ cup dry coconut, grated
  • ¼ cup cashew, chopped
  • ¼ cup almonds, chopped
  • ¼ cup pistachios, chopped
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp raisins 
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder 

How to Make Dry Fruit Barfi

  1. Heat ghee and roast poppy seeds and sesame seeds, roast until the seeds turn golden brown.
  2. Roast dry coconut.
  3. Now add cashew, almonds, pistachios, walnuts and raisins for 5 minutes.
  4. Add crushed dates, cardamom powder and mix well.
  5. Now turn off the flame and cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Start rolling to form a log.
  7. Cut into thick slices.
  8. Now dry fruit burfi is ready to eat.
  9. Stored in airtight container for a month.
