- 1 rice noodles
- jelly
- 1 cup sabja seeds
- ¼ cup powdered pistachios
- rose syrup
- 1 tub ice cream
- milk

Preparing Falooda Sev

Depending on the rice noodle you have picked, you can either cook them in milk or water.

Start cooking the milk,reduce the milk to half.

Add the falooda sev to it and cook it further for 5 minutes.

Add the rose syrup and let it chill in the refrigerator.

Sabja/chia Seeds

Soak sabja seeds in water for 3-4 hours with 1 cup water.

They will soften and swell up.

These seeds have a cooling effect on the body.
Serving Suggestion

In a tall glass, add the chilled milk and noodle mix.

Add scoops of ice cream, jelly and chopped nuts.
