Ingredients
To Be Mixed Togeather For The Pani
1 cup readymade chilled orange juice
1 cup readymade chilled apple juice
2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1/4 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1/4 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp pani puri masala
salt to taste
Other Ingredients
20 puris
1/2 cup finely chopped apples (unpeeled)
1/2 cup pomegranate (anar)
1 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste
Method
- Combine the apples, pomogranate, chaat masala and salt in a deep bowl and mix well. Keep aisde.
- Crack a small hole in the centre of each puris.
- Put a little of the apple-pomogranate mixture in each puri.
- Serve little of the pani in each shot glass and a stuffed puri on it.
- Serve immediately.
