Ingredients of Galouti Kebab

  • 1 cup rajma
  • 4 cup water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 10 whole cashew 
  • tbsp fried onions
  • 1 chilli
  • pods cardamom 
  • tbsp coriander
  • tbsp saffron water
  • tsp ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  • tsp garam masala
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp rose water
  • tsp kewra water
  • tsp heeg
  • ¼ cup besan
  • oil for roasting

How to Make Galouti Kebab

  1. Soak cashews in warm water for 15 minutes.
  2. Add fried onions, chilli, cardamom, coriander and saffron water.
  3. Blend in blender and make smooth paste.
  4. transfer the masala paste to rajma paste.
  5. Add ghee and besan.
  6. Grease the hands with oil and shape the mixture in any shape.
  7. Roast in tawa on both sides until the galouti kebab turns golden and crisp.
  8. now galouti kebab is ready.
