Ingredients of Garam Masala Powder

  • ¾ cup dhaniya
  • ½ cup jeera
  • 1 tsp shah jeera
  • 2 tbsp kali mirch
  • 3 dried red chilli
  • 5 star chakra phool
  • 3 inch dalchini
  • 2 javitri
  • 5 black cardamom
  • 2 nutmeg
  • 3 tsp cardamom 
  • 1 tbsp clove 
  • 2 tsp saunf
  • 5 bay leaf 
  • 1 tsp ginger powder

How to Make Garam Masala Powder

  1. Take a pan and roast the coriander seeds on low flame.
  2. Roast until the spices turn aromatic. Keep aside.
  3. Now add cumin, caraway and roast on low flame.
  4. Roast pepper and red chilli. keep aside.
  5. Add anise, cinnamon, mace, cardamom, nutmeg, cardamom, clove, fennel and bay leaf.
  6. Roast until all the spices turn aromatic. keep aside.
  7. Cool all the spices and put them in mixer.
  8. Add ginger powder and blend. make powder.
  9. Garam masala is ready.
  10. store in an airtight container.
