INGREDIENTS of Gond ke Ladoo
- 6 tbsp ghee
- 100 gm gond
- 2 tbsp cashew, chopped
- 2 tbsp almonds, chopped
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1½ cup dry coconut
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 100 gm dry khajur
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- ¼ tsp nutmeg powder
- 1 cup jaggery
- 2 tbsp water
How to Make Gond ke Ladoo
Heat ghee in a pan and roast gond in batches.
Crush the gond.
Roast dry fruits, dry coconut and poppy seeds.
Roast khajur powder with ghee.
Add the roasted khajur powder into the same bowl.
Add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder.
Put 1 string jaggery syrup over dry fruit mixture and mix well.
Start making ladoo when the mixture is still warm.
finally, enjoy gond ladoo for a month.
