A light and simple recipe where pumpkin pieces are cooked thoroughly in a variety of masalas.
Ingredients Of Kaddu Ki Sabzi
- 750 gm Pumpkin
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- Asafoetida
- 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Aamchoor powder
- 4-5 Green chillies
How to Make Kaddu Ki Sabzi
- Cut the pumpkin into pieces.
- Heat the oil, add asafoetida, fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds add ginger
- When its colour change, add pumpkin and green chillies, stir-fry over high heat.
- Add salt, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, chilli powder and sugar. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the aamchoor, cook further for 5 minutes.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
