A sumptuous salad that doubles up as a quick meal, the Macaroni, Fruit and Vegetable Salad is also quite easy to prepare. Simply chop up your favourite veggies and fruits, cook up some macaroni and toss them all together in a salad bowl with fresh cream and mayonnaise! Leave it to cool in the fridge, freshen up, and dig in.

3/4 cup cooked macaroni
1/2 cup apple cubes
1/4 cup canned pineapple cubes
1/4 cup roughly chopped and boiled french beans
1/4 cup boiled carrot cubes
1/4 cup cucumber cubes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup fresh cream
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
Method To Make Macaroni, Fruit and Vegetable Salad
- Combine the mayonnaise, and fresh cream in a deep bowl and toss well.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and Macaroni, Fruit and Vegetable Salad are ready to be served chilled.
