Malai Paan Ladoo is a creamy and rich ladoo recipe made with evaporated milk solids or semi-solid paneer. It is easy and simple to prepare without any complicated ingredients involved to make this.

Ingredients of Malai Paan Ladoo

  • 1/4 th cup- malai fresh
  • 1/4 th cup- chenna paneer fresh
  • 1/2 cup- milk powder
  • 1 tsp- ghee
  • 10- Betel leaves
  • 1 tbsp- fennel seeds soaked in milk
  • 2 tbsp- gulkand
  • 3 tbsp- condensed milk
  • 1 tsp- sugar
  • Watermelon seeds to garnish
  • Prepare- 2 tsp Milk

How to Make Malai Paan Ladoo

  • Crush betel leaves with fennel seeds soaked in water, sugar and little milk.
  • Crush the paneer, if you have fresh chenna no need to crush.
  • Add ghee in a pan, once ghee melts add milk powder and mix well, keep the flame slow.
  • Add homemade malai and mix everything till you get a thicker consistency.
  • Now add crushed paneer.
  • Add crushed betel leaves mixture and cook the mix for another 8-10 minutes on slow flame.
  • Now add condensed milk,  cook the mixture for 15 minutes.
  • Cool the ladoo mix for 20 minutes on room temperature and then shape them into ladoos, place 1 watermelon seed on each ladoo and serve.
