  • 3 mangoes chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbs caster sugar

How to Make Mango granita

  1. Blend mangoes in blender.
  2. Put lime juice in blender, add water and caster sugar.
  3. Strain, then pour into a tray and freeze for 5 hours.
  4. Remove from freezer and blend mixture again to a smooth slushy consistency.
  5. Serve immediately.
