Summer is here and mangoes are popular in this season. These mango popsicles sure do hit the spot on a hot day! The combination of sweet juicy mangoes and a touch of grapes makes the most delicious, healthy frozen treat.

Ingredients of MANGO POPSICLES

  • 1 cup mango (cubes)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 10 grapes

How to Make MANGO POPSICLES

  1. Blend mango and sugar.
  2. add water and blend them again to make juice.
  3. put the mango juice to popsicle mould filling ¾ of the mould.
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Add a tsp of grapes slices in each mould.
  6. Freeze for 30 more minutes again.
  7. prepare coconut milk layer.
  8. Add sugar, stir and dissolve sugar and prepare coconut milk.
  9. once the mango layer sets slightly, pour in coconut milk.
  10. cover and freeze for overnight.
  11. Unmould, dip in warm water for 3 seconds and pull the popsicle.
