Ingredients for Mango Sandesh Recipe

  • Mango pulp 2 cups
  • Milk 1 1/2 litres
  • Vinegar 3 teaspoons
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Milk powder 6 tablespoons

Method of Mango Sandesh Recipe:

  1. Boil milk in a non-stick deep pan. Add vinegar and let the milk curdle.
  2. Drain the milk in a muslin cloth. Collect the residue and put it in cold water. Hang the muslin cloth. Take the residue in a bowl. Add sugar and milk powder to it and mix well. Add mango pulp and mix it properly.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan. Put the mixture and cook for ten minutes or till the mixture becomes slightly sticky. Put the mixture on a plate and allow it to cool. Cut it into pieces and serve.
