Ingredients of Masala Papad
- 2 Urad dal papads
- ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Tomato finely chopped
- 1 small Green chili
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped finely
- ¼ teaspoon Chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
How to Make Masala Papad
Take chopped onion, tomato, green chili and coriander leaves in a bowl.
Add salt and chaat masala.
Put lemon juice in the bowl.
Roast the papad.
Heat the pan and put oil in it.
Put the papad gently in the oil.
After few seconds, flip it and continue cooking.
Put the roasted papad on the serving plate.
Sprinkle prepared onion-tomato mixture evenly.
Serve masala papad.
