  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Cup whipping cream
  • 1 Can condensed milk
  • 1 Tsp vanilla essence

Gelatin mix

  • 2 Tbsp Gelatin
  • 1 Cup Milk

How to Make

  • Take a large cup and place gelatin, stir in a cup of cold milk and let stand for about 10 minutes.
  • Add 2 cups of milk and 1 cup cream in a pan and warm the milk gently over medium-low heat. The milk should never boil.
  • Add in the gelatin milk mixture into the warm milk and dissolves the gelatin completel.
  • Add the condensed milk and vanilla essence and stir.
  • Put the mixture immediately into a nonstick pan and let it cool down.
  • Cover and refrigerate for overnight to set before serving.
  • Garnish with some almons and ground pistachio. Enjoy!
