- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 Cup whipping cream
- 1 Can condensed milk
- 1 Tsp vanilla essence
- 2 Tbsp Gelatin
- 1 Cup Milk
How to Make
Take a large cup and place gelatin, stir in a cup of cold milk and let stand for about 10 minutes.
Add 2 cups of milk and 1 cup cream in a pan and warm the milk gently over medium-low heat. The milk should never boil.
Add in the gelatin milk mixture into the warm milk and dissolves the gelatin completel.
Add the condensed milk and vanilla essence and stir.
Put the mixture immediately into a nonstick pan and let it cool down.
Cover and refrigerate for overnight to set before serving.
Garnish with some almons and ground pistachio. Enjoy!
