How to make Mixed Seed Bhel

  1. Put a pan over low flame and add maple syrup with a green chilli, and let it cook.
  2. When done, remove the pan from the burner and strain the maple and chilli syrup in a bowl.
  3. Take a bowl and mix together rice puffs, bajra puffs, peanuts, pomegranate seeds, chopped onion and tomato, and fresh coriander leaves.
  4. Add chaat masala, lemon juice, mint chutney, maple and chilli syrup over bowl and toss well all the ingredients.
  5. Sprinkle sev over the bhel and serve immediately.
