The Mysore bonda as its name suggests is a popular bonda from the mysore region of karnataka. This is a snack and has become very popular in the andhra region of southern India.

Step 1 Heat the oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.

step 2 Meanwhile, combine rice flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, onion, cumin, yogurt, ginger, cilantro leaves and water in a large mixing bowl .

Stage 3 Mix well to make a thick paste.

Step 4 Now put small portions of dough with your hands in the hot oil and fry them.

Step 5 When they turn golden brown, go out and serve hot with chutney!
