Nargisi roll is a simple packed appetizer for kids. Spinach with a cheese make a good nutrition. These finished rolls covering from the spinach filled with mozzarella cheese and home cheese with bread crumbles. Deep frying gives rolls the delicious texture and taste.
Ingredients for Nargisi roll
- 250grm spinach
- 2 t0 4 slices Bread
- 2 boiled potato
- 100 grm paneer
- 2 cubs mozzarella cheese
- salt to taste
- Garam Masala
- green chilli and chilli flakes
- 125 grm chaullai leaf
- 50 grm cashew nut
The method how to make Nargisi roll
- Cean,Chopped and boil the spinach and squeeze it in a cotton cloth and hang it till dry.
- Now in a bowl crumbled bread and boiled potato, green chilli and chilli flakes in it, grate paneer and mozzarella cheese add all masalas in to it and make bolls. Then spread the Palak mixture on the palm and keep paneer bolls in it and roll it in cylindrical rolls. Deep fry till golden brown.
