Ingredients

  • 2 bowl of nutri
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 choti elaichi
  • 4 red tomatoes
  • 1 spoon Jeera
  • 1 tablespoon of Haldi powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Dhaniya powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Kasoori methi
  • Ek Cup Malai

Steps

  1. Sabse pahle nutri ko salt vale pani me boil karein.
  2. Use pani se nikal kar ek me bowl mein rakh lo. Kadhai me thoda butter dalo usme 4 elaichi ka powder dalo.
  3. Ginger and garlic paste dalo, 4 finely chopped red tomatoes dalo. Use plate se dhak do.
  4. 5min me pak jayega use thanda hone de. Phir mixer me uska paste banao. Ek kadai me dalo oil, usme jeera, haldi, dhaniya powder, red mirch powder garam masala dal kar bhune. Phir Dale tomato puree, thodi kasuri methi dal kar bhune.
  5. Ek cup malai dal kar masala bhune aur phir usme nutri dal kar dubara bhune. Oil uper aane lagega.
  6. Salt dal kar, pani dal kar boil karein. Gas sim karein. 5min baad gas off ..
  7. Hara dhaniya aur pudina se garnish kar serve karein.
