Ingredients

4 tortillas
1 cup of Paneer (homemade cottage cheese), grated
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped
4 tablespoons of coriander leaves (Dhania), finely chopped
2 teaspoons of sunflower oil
Salt, to taste

How to Make a Bhurji Paneer Wraps Recipe

  1. To start preparing the Wraps Paneer Bhurji recipe, heat the oil in a wok / kadhai, add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes soft and translucent.
  2. Once the onions are soft, add the tomatoes, green peppers and cook until the tomatoes are half cooked.
  3. Add the grated paneer, salt and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes with the lid closed.
  4. Once the paneer is cooked, add the cilantro leaves and stir well and turn off the heat.
  5. Now heat the tortillas in a pan over medium heat using a little oil if you prefer and keep aside.
  6. To lay out the Paneer Bhurji Wraps, take each tortilla and fill 2-3 tablespoons of the paneer filling in the middle.
  7. Fold a third of the tortilla at the bottom, then fold over the sides.
