Ingredients

2 ltrs milk
2 tbsp lemon juice

Method To Make Paneer(Calcium Rich Recipe)

  1. Bring the milk to a boil. Add the lemon when it starts to boil. Remove from heat and stir gently until the milk curdles and the bluish water floats on top.
  2. Strain. Tie the curds in a muslin cloth.
  3. Leave it hanging for at least 2 hours to drain out the water.
  4. Use as needed. Paneer is ready.
