2 ltrs milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
Method To Make Paneer(Calcium Rich Recipe)
- Bring the milk to a boil. Add the lemon when it starts to boil. Remove from heat and stir gently until the milk curdles and the bluish water floats on top.
- Strain. Tie the curds in a muslin cloth.
- Leave it hanging for at least 2 hours to drain out the water.
- Use as needed. Paneer is ready.
