Paneer Kalakand is one of the most famous Indian sweet recipes. Whether for any occasion, this delicious candy is a must. Kalakand is specially made during festivals using paneer (cottage cheese), cardamom powder and powdered milk.
Ingredients Of Paneer Kalakand
- 1 cup – slightly mashed fresh cottage cheese.
- 1/2 cup – milk powder (full cream)
- 1/2 cup – powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp – fresh curd
- A pinch of cardamom powder
- Silver sheets, optional

How to Make Of Paneer Kalakand
Step 1 To start, take a deep-bottomed pan, keep it over medium heat and add the grated paneer, sugar and powdered milk.
Step 2 Mix all and cook for 20 minutes. Continue to stir to avoid burning the mixture. When finished, remove from heat and add the cardamom powder.
Step 3 Take a large thali and grease it with ghee / oil. Pour the mixture into the thali.
Step 4 Spread the almond and pistachio chips over the mixture and make sure they stick properly to the mixture.
Step 5 Freeze the mixture until it is done. Cut into pieces and serve.
