- Spinach 1 cup
- Paneer half cup

- Onion Powder, Garlic Powder a sprint each
- Pasta /Pizza Sauce 2 Tbsp
- Shredded Cheese (Optional – I failed to use)
- Salt to taste
Method Of Preparation
- Thaw the puff pastry sheet for forty mins as in line with the commands at the package.
- Blanch spinach and drain extra water. Chop finely. If the use of frozen spinach, pulse it in a meals processor. Crush Paneer, combined nuts, and inexperienced chilies.

To make Dough at Home
- 1 Cup Wheat Flour
- 2 Tablespoon Semolina Flour (Rava)
- 2 Tablespoon Oil
- Salt to taste
To make Dough at Home
- Mix all Dough factors and knead to a gentle dough the usage of water.
- Cover with wet cloth n hold aside for half an hour.
- Mix all filling factors and divide in 3 equal parts.
- Divide Dough in 3 equal balls and roll thin.
- Apply one part of the filling onto 1 rolled disc.
- Tightly start rolling from one stop to finish at exclusive stop having an excellent roll. Cut into 2mm disc n slightly flatten it.
- Repeat the above with the opportunity 2 filling and doughs.
- Heat oil in High Flame and deep fry the ones pinwheels.
- Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup or Green Chutney.
