1 cup cooked penne
2 tbsp chopped walnuts (akhrot)
5 sun-dried tomatoes
To Be Mixed Into A Basil Dressing
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
salt to taste
Method To Make Penne Salad in Basil Dressing
- Soak the sun-dried tomatoes in a bowl, in enough hot water for 20 minutes. Drain and finely chop them.
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and toss well.
- Penne Salad in Basil Dressing is ready. Serve immediately.
