Ingredients

2 cups finely chopped pineapple
1/4 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tbsp frsh cream (malai)
powdered sugar to taste
4 brown bread slices

Method To Make Pineapple and Cottage Cheese Sandwiches

  1. Combine pineapple, paneer, cream and sugar and mix in a blender to make the spread. Spread on two slices.
  2. Garnish with the remaining slices. Cut and discard the crusts and cut them into different shapes using cookie cutters.
  3. Pineapple and cottage cheese sandwiches are ready to serve.
