Protein laddu is a very tasty and healthy protein-packed snack with no added sugar.  It is made with roasted peanuts, almonds, cashews, sesame seeds, and dates.

Ingredients of PROTEIN LADDU

  • ½ cup peanuts
  • ½ cup sesame
  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • 2 tbsp pistachios
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup dry coconut, grated
  • 2 anjeer, chopped
  • 2 dates, chopped
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  •  cup jaggery
  • ¼ cup water

How to Make PROTEIN LADDU

  • Roast peanuts on low flame.
  • Blend to a coarse powder after cooling.
  • Roast sesame seeds.
  • Blend to a coarse powder after cooling.
  • Take almonds, pistachios and roast until they turn crunchy.
  • Add sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and roast well.
  • Blend to a coarse powder after cooling.
  • Transfer the nuts powder into the large bowl.
  • Take dry coconut and roast on low flame.
  • Roast until the coconut turns aromatic and slightly golden brown.
  • Add anjeer, dates, cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Take jaggery and water in a kadhai.
  • Boil until the jaggery syrup attains 1 string consistency.
  • Add in prepared protein powder mix and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a large plate. allow to cool slightly.
  • Prepare the ladoo.
  • Enjoy protein balls or energy balls for a month.
