One of my favorite crunchy addicting snacks easily made at home! These Nuts have all the salty flavor and crunch but are baked in the oven instead of deep-fried making them everything you want in a corn nut, but just a little bit better for you.

Ingredients of Roasted Corn Nuts 

  • 1 bag of White Corn
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil 
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt

How to make Roasted Corn Nuts 

  • Soak white corn overnight. Rinse and Drain.
  • Toss corn with oil, sugar and salt.
  • Put on a non stick baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until slightly browned.
  • Every 10 minutes stir corn on baking sheet.
  • Keep a eye on them and remove immediately when they are brown, they can burn quickly.
  • Let cool, enjoy!
