Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped (medium)
1 head bok choy (small head, cut into 2-inch pieces (about 5 cups))
1 envelope lipton recipe secrets onion soup mix
1 cup water
2 tablespoons sherry (optional)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
8 ounces linguine (or spaghetti, cooked or drained)
Method
- Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium heat and cook garlic and bok choy, stirring frequently, 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Stir in Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix blended with water, sherry, soy sauce and ginger. Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
- Toss with hot linguine. Sprinkle, if desired, with toasted sesame seeds.
