Sheermal first time I tasted…it’s look like roti but not roti. It was very very tasty..I loved it. I tasted sheermal dry fruits and sheermal plain one… both were delicious. We can preserve them for a week.
Ingredients of Shahi Sheermal

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt
- 3 cup maida

2-3 tsp powdered sugar

2 tsp milk powder

1/4 tsp cardamom powder

3 tsp curd
-
3 tsp ghee
-
warm milk
-
1/4 cup milk for brushing

1 cup chopped dry fruits

Ghee for making sheermal
How to make Shahi Sheermal
- Put maida, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add milk powder, powdered sugar, curd and ghee and cardamom powder in the bowl.
- Then slowly add required amount of milk and knead it to make a smooth dough, Keep rest for 1 hour.
- Make rolls and roll them gently to make them Paratha and make impression with the help of a fork and brush with milk.
- Then press the chopped dry fruits over it, and put on tawa. Add ghee on it.
- Shahi Ragi Sheermal are ready. Serve hot
