Ingredients of Swang Ke Chawal Ka Uttapam

  • 1 cup samak 
  • 1/2 cup Sabudana
  • 1 boiled Potatoes 
  • 1.5 tbsp Yogurt
  • sendha Salt
  • 3/4 tsp kali mirch
  • 2 tsp Green chili
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Coriander 
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds 

How to Make Swang Ke Chawal Ka Uttapam

  1. Wash and soak samak and sabudana in water in two different container for about 5 hours.
  2. Grind them into fine paste.
  3. Add yogurt,salt and the ground paste in a bowl.
  4. Add mashed boiled potato.
  5. Grease a non stick griddle and pour the batter like thick pancake.
  6. Sprinkle pepper powder,cumin seeds,green chilies and fresh coriander.
  7. Put oil on the pancake.
  8. When get cooked then flip the side. Become golden then remove from the pan.
  9. Serve hot with green chutney.
