1/4 cupchopped celery (ajmoda)
1/2 cup red capscium cubes
1/4 cup chopped spring onions whites and greens
1/2 cup cucumber cubes
1/2 cup deseeded tomato cubes
1/2 cup yellow capsicum cubes
To Be Mixed Into A Peanut Dressing
4 tbsp roasted and crushed peanuts
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp sesame seeds (til)
salt to taste
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, pour the peanut dressing over it and toss well.
